I refuse to wear driving gloves at DE events and Autocrosses. I hate wearing gloves and if I ever move on to road racing I will be dreading having to wear them. I know its for fire safety and its as necessary as a helmet at that point but I still will not like it.

If I ever decided I needed then on the street, I think these are what I would go for.

It's an awesome spectacle. An audacious display of seething opponents, once again parallel in an obstinent attempt to prove superiority of the roads unequaled in our lifetime. The crowds swell in anticipation as the light turns green!

Me too. Today I was out walking at lunch; admiring a really nice M3 when the owner came walking up. He got in, put on his gloves then winked at me.

And that's the last thing you remember.

You guys are really harsh... driving gloves are not for me but so what if someone wants to wear them?

On the other hand I find the fishnet stockings and stiletto heals really help with heal and toe work.

Just like every other thread on Pelican.

Why can't people just be polite with their posts instead of trying to make someone else feel stupid? Does it make you more of a man to make fun of other people? Pelican has gone completely down hill. One used to be able to ask for help and actually receive help. Not anymore. :(

Thanks guys, you have been a real big help.

Maybe this Q should be asked on the tech board.

Two for driving mittens,
Ten for palmless driving gloves.
Great grip! (watch out for premature turn-in).
Avoid the pre-lubed ones.

I have those in brown. Sis gave them to me when I got my license - many moons ago. I wear them to autocross events. They are a very nice leather and they are much cooler than any of the fire retardant gloves.
