Maybe, but the Neanderthal in this thread is stronger. 34 to 30, in favor of not wearing cologne. Pitiful.

Newsflash: Women like well groomed men. Smelling nice, and not like gasoline, is a big part of this. My advice? Buy some cologne and learn how to use it. Buy something nice, not something marketed to 20-year olds or something that was around when barber shops were in vogue. Think Chanel, Hermes, that sort of thing.

While you're at it, clean your finger nails, trim your sideburns, eradicate that nose hair you've been cultivating....

Good luck (and some of you need it)

Not my experience at all. Without exception, every woman I have known have preferred and appreciated a clean personal smell. Actually, many have commented on the fact that I do not wear any 'fake' smell. I guess there are all kinds. Of course I do not talk about dirty, oily, sweaty smell, but clean personal smell.

For those of you keeping score, your thread has been infiltrated by part of a thread about cologne. It appears a mysterious computer glitch has inserted part of this other mutant thread into yours.

We are sorry. But, it's not our fault.

Now, back to whatever it was you were discussing.

Could be. I intended to reply with a quote from earlier in the cologne thread and apparently it was pulled from this thread, unbeknownst to me.

Lousy computers....

Dude,

We're in the wrong thread. Get back to the cologne one. These guys are busy apologzing to one another. Might be a group hug this afternoon. We're killing the vibe...

Ha, ha; that's funny!

I agree with Matt though. Give me a break!
Took me a couple years to appreciate Billy Idols music; couldn't get past that darn eye liner!

I wore eyeliner but, it was the 80's and I was a Smiths, Bauhaus, Cure fan boi.
Didn't stop me from stompin a$$ on occasion with my Doc Martins.

Haven't posted long enough to regret anything I've said yet.

Livi, the proper fluffer term is not "Rubbing it in". It's "Rubbing one out".

OK, now I have. Livi, I'm sorry. The closet I've been to you is Basel but, I'm sure all of your area is very pretty too.

Thanx for a great thread. This could really be a sort of balm for those of us who sometimes go over the line.

So to all those pour souls that I may have inadvertantly maligned I offer the following:

I will meet you halfway on any disagreement...I will admit that I'm right if you will admit that you're wrong.

I'm actually glad this thread was created b/c I was looking thru my old Aubie thread and actually had to laugh about how immature I was with some of the responses...too quick to get offended and angry...wow I must've matured a lot in the past year, and I would like to apologise for my stupid replies when I felt I was personally affronted...

I also think I was reading things out of context so I apologise for that as well. I know realise that you all were not being mean but rather looking out for me, which I didn't see with my blinders on.

Now everybody get together for a big group hug!
