Need some wiring help from the guitar techs.

I used to DIY all my guitar stuff, but it's been so long since I've built my own, that I have no clue anymore on how to wire stuff up. Last one I did was installing EMG's in college. Now I need to slap this parts guitar together that I've had laying around forever and donate it to a buddy who's wanted it for many years before I move away. I've actually gigged with this guitar years ago, but have since used it for parts, so it's really a mishmash now. All I'm missing really is the tremolo arm and locking nut from the original Floyd Rose. I probably have those laying around somewhere. However, the pickups and pot are my problem.

I have, IIRC, a Seymour Duncan Jeff Beck and some kind of Les Paul pickup in there. SD has the red, green, black, white (and maybe a yellow one) wires, Gibson has the one black wire with the braided metal shield on it. Can anyone show me how to wire it up? I think I use to have EMG's in this one, so the jack and pot may not have the right impedance rating. 500k, 250k? What do I need? Oh, I also have a three-way toggle switch and don't care about a tone knob.
