Just so you know the cratch slapping will not be as enjoyable and probably come to a complete stop after the wedding. Don't ask how I know, enjoy it now.

Thanks for all to the happy thoughts!

Please be respectful my soon to be wive - we have been dating for almost six months and I'm very excited to live in together!

Now to some other questions of importance:

1) Is it accepted that our rings are bought together? Or do I have to buy in secrecy?

2) Same question for the belt - does she suprise me or do I?

3) How much should I have to expect for hooneymoon?

thanks!

What belt? What tradition is this? I was married, I bought my own belt...

Have you really only been dating for 6 months?

That's not near enough time to get to know someone.

I dated my wife for 5 years before we got married.

What is the deal with the belts?

For the chastity belt, don't lose the key. I recommend one with a dial combination lock so there's no key to lose. Or maybe a thumbprint scanner.

I'm taking it that English is not your first language. I'm a poor speller, I have no excuses.

Pictures are a must now (not of you).

Swang, where are you living (country or province will suffice)?

As for the rings, in the US, it is best to get a general idea of what she likes in terms of an engagement ring (style, size, type of metal, size, cut, size...). The surprise her.

As for the wedding rings or weddings bands (or beltsas you may call them?), that is something that is done by both here in the states.

My Wifes has my Great Grandmothers form Ireland and she had mine made custom made so both are special in there own ways. You may want to investigate soemthimng like that - then again depending on where your at (from) the traditions may be different.

Moroccan Wedding Belt

Some ceremonial textiles in this gallery utilize more exotic materials such as silk and gold thread, which emphasizes the value and importance of the textile. Wedding towels were probably not used to dry off the bride, but carried in a procession leading to the bath. The very long wedding belt from Morocco was wound around the waist of the bride, creating a very stiff and defined midriff. It is decorated by the hand of Fatimah for good luck. The man’s wedding outfit from the Philippines is made out of a variety of fibers including abaca and cotton. Abaca is a fiber made from a wild banana leaf. Using it in a ceremonial context reminds the wearer and the audience of their ancestral roots.

things have not turned so well I think. last night things went badly with my to be married girlfriend.

At some point this wedding may be not happenening because I cannot belive things she was saying and because she thought i was too drunken at a party.

It makes me unhappy right now, but i will keep a good thoughts in my head and perhaps later we will be able to talk about what happened and where we expect our married live to go.

thanks for all listening
