Location: Placerville, CA.... You know, the only place on Highway 50 between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe the you find signal lights. Above the fog most of the time and I can see the stars of the Milky Way 8 out of 10 nights. Kinda cool.....

Yeah, a lot of good military flyers here in the board. I "had" a spot to go to Ft Rucker for training way back when, until a car accident in 89 changed all that. At least I have a steel pin in my left ankle as a memento.

Took advantage of a mobile training HEED class being put in by Survival Systems. Sort kinda qualifies for the "transportation" pic thread. Nothing will taste right for two days...

I had wondered about that. I actually wondered if you were going to be there from the pics you have posted with Spot and the sim.

I'd love to be able to log some time in those. I still want some stick time in a MD500......... someday I hope
