Building is still standing, it was a Saab dealer for a good while "Southgate". Now some guy who used to own a Harley repair shop keeps his toys stored there--including a Studebaker Golden Hawk. The Dairy Queen across the street is long gone though, as is the Burger Chef (later a Rax) which was next door.
