The ironic thing is that the Canadian equivalent of DMV did not like the idea of cars that can't do 60km/h on the highway, so they effectively killed off the EV company's local market after 20 or so many cars were sold. We do have those few around the city and some are also used by UBC's plant ops. Looking at their website I guess their market is now limited to the US. Here's their website: Electric Cars – Dynasty Electric Car manufacturer Electric Low Speed Vehicles (LSV)

The red car is a Mazda AZ-1.

edit: Actually the panel van doesn't look like a Dynasty but it's probably another EV. Oops!

that vehicle may well be a Dynasty electric----but it would have started life as a Nissan Escargo----Datsun 1500 base.
Lots of them down here where I live.

[QUOTE
The red car is a Mazda AZ-1.
QUOTE]

An incredibly small, two-seater sports car (?) produced by Japan's Mazda, regrettably only for the 1993 model year.
Since the AZ-1 is a lightweight "K-car" (basically, a micro), it doesn't offer too much in the way of engine power. Its Suzuki-produced, mid-mounted, 660cc (0.6-liter!) inline three-cylinder DOHC engine, while turbocharged and intercooled, only meets 63 hp (the limit for K-cars). The entire car is built from lightweight plastic panels and weighs in at a grand total of 720 kg (1590 lbs). Of course, it never became popular because of its power, or lack thereof -- the tiny car is extremely attractive, with its almost-ugly, yet almost-cute round headlights, gull-wing doors, and generally eye-catching design makes the AZ-1 a favorite. But remember -- it's very cramped: don't expect to fit inside of one if you're taller than the average Japanese person. There isn't even any storage space.

Almost as quickly as they appeared on the market, the AZ-1's production ended after only eight months, with Mazda having been hit hard by the Japanese economic recession. Only 4,409 AZ-1s were produced. A "twin" car, the Suzuki Cara, was produced alongside the AZ-1, but suffered the same fate.

To repeat from the other pics thread...this is second growth Douglas fir...wanna see bigger? Tour Oregon's Tillamook forest...all replanted during the 1930's and 1940's after a big fire... 100 years old is a Very old Douglas fir...near the end of it's natural lifespan. Trees grow well here...

sorry, but that isn't a GT, looks like a Schwinn Preditor Arrow. Those look like Galindo bars & Dia Comp MX 1000 brakes are a cool score by them selves..
