The bus was blessedly empty of passengers!

Local paper reports the driver was "off route" whatever that means.

I attended Cal Poly right when that undercrossing was built to replace the old at grade crossing. A local student housing complex had London double decker buses they had to dump because they were too tall to fit under according to campus legend.

I would have thought that Ruf would have eliminated the weight of the heavy mechanized top and went with a light weight manual top for the puristic pursuit of performance over convenience.
