It's one thing to rent a house or apartment to an individual and try to evict, completely different if it's just a room.

Throw his ***** out and tell him if he tries to set foot inside the house he'll get shot for trespassing. Get the police involved. I'm sure she has to have some fear for her own safety.

Looks like if he doesn't pay rent she can evict him, but he has 30 days.
Just like California.
If I remember right after a certain amount of time the tenant has 60 days but I am sure he is under that amount.

Sad situation. Her safety and mental well-being are the most important issue: She should get out, stay at a friends, stay at your house. I wouldn't want my parent in the same house with an obviously mentally compromised person. Nothing else matters - not phone bills, food, furniture - just her safety.

Should not the previous cases be public record??? Could you not collect all the public records, create a history on this perv and take it to his college and professors? Should they not be made aware of the quality of person under their tutelage? Then, what type of customers does the family deal with? Could this public knowledge legally be provided to those customers so they are aware of the type of person they are dealing with? Seems time to make these people's lives a bit more stressful. There simply must be a way to get the idget out and make his life MUCH less pleasant.

Document all damages and thefts. Hey, is not stealing the phone service and food theft? Could that not be turned into the police for action?
