I bet Mineri feels like a dumbass now. That's what he gets for loading up the bases. Win by the sword, die by the sword. IMHO, there's no better way to knock out a team in the CWS, especially LSU, than hitting a grand salami in the top 9th with two outs, then turning a double play in the bottom to close it down. That was a great season LSU, maybe next year.
