Until WWII - American ate more lamb and mutton than any other animal. But it does not lend itself to modernized, intensive, industrial farming.
So we get chicken, pigs and cows basically raised artificially on things they do not naturally eat. Our health care "crisis" is directly related to the food we eat. |
