Wow, rasta-dude is a smart one. He's laying all the groundwork for a legally justified shooting, of himself. If you really do need to kill someone, you want them to do you that favor first. Too bad the victim is a pacifist, I hope he doesn't die behind it.
All the police can do is respond, (and maybe lock the guy up for a short spell). They're not going to hide in the bushes and wait for him to return. This story is a textbook example of the argument I use with pacifist gun control people, ie. someone comes to your house to kill you and/or loved ones. Hope it works out favorably but I'm concerned.

Wonder if those text messages would hold up in court? Gotta believe death threats combined with everything else should land the dude in jail for more than a few days. Time to increase his meds...
