pasta of chioce.
strange that someone who favors air cooled engines would like a pasta called radiatore. really holds the sauce.
kind of looks like an oil cooler though so i guess its ok. ![]()

I've got these big pasta shells I bought last year.
They are the size of golf balls. You cook and drain them, stuff them with whatever you like, sauce, cheese and bake. I'll post pictures when 'it happens'. Day to day, I like fusilli... ( it's 'fusilli Jerry' ) KT
