The photos are deceptive. The previous owner did an inexpensive golden oak re-skin on good maple cabinets. Some is a 1/8" oak skin, but much is a thin veneer that's peeling off. The skins are coming unglued or warping in several areas.

The floor tile was PINKISH-Beige...with white grout! With a 150 lbs. dog who loved chasing squirrels, the grout was mud-browns. YUK!

We're downsizing to Hilton Head in three years. This needs to be down before we sell.
