My 914 if finally ready for the road. Iv had it for two years but only really got into the past year. It was in two floods and has been off the road since 1984. Folding in half from rust! lots of effort but its exactly what i was going for from the begining. very happy with it

I saved this wood (walnut) from the burn pile at my in-law's farm, not sure what it would be as I dragged it home.

I have mixed feelings about the base, although I am kind of liking the live edge.

Before: 1995 Land Rover Discovery 1 SD V8. Had spent 10 years on Hawaii & it showed. Paid $200 for it & trailered it home with my FIL's LR3.



After: LOTS of hard work in the garage. Almost done. Will be my Nephew's first car.

Eight was my daughter's age in that first photo. It goes by in a blink of an eye.

Always remember...A daughter's relationship with a man as an adult is predicated on her relationship with her father as a child. In essence, If you’re patient, build her confidence, and show her unconditional love…She’ll end up with a husband who does the same.
