Now THAT is sweet!

I had many BL cars in my pre Porsche life. Couple MGB's MGB-GT, AH Sprite, and Morris Mini Cooper S. I would still like to have a MG-TC, just to keep up with the Amish here.

My very first car was a 63 or 61 MG midget in high school. It was a blast to drive around Key Biscayne and the sand. It had those screw on/slide back windows that one day they would be stolen, and the next day I would have some other set back on. Blue w/white racing stripe. I got rid of it when it blew a freeze plug. My favorite was the late 60's MGB/GT.

My first car was a '55 MGA that my dad let me take away to college in northern Michigan. I've never been so cold in a car before or since.

Chris - tastefully done! I really do love the shape of the As.

I owned this old nail between 97 and 99. It was good old fashioned sideways fun if a little slow and rather rusty.

I had some fun times with this car but also discovered that no matter what you did with the seats, sex in a BGT is impossible unless you and your lover are the size of hobbits!

Just mailed Chris an old Populat Mechanix...1963, that has a test of the then new MGB. A fun read...maybe Chris has a scanner?
