Guinness. Yes, you read that right. Diet wise (carbs, calories) it is just a hair (like .1) above Bud Light. You also mentioned healthy, and Guinness is nutritionally complete except for Vitamin C and Calcium.... of course, it takes 47 pints to get one days RDA of everything, but still, best "light" beer out there...

Yep, i said it a few posts ago. I get so sick of people saying Guinness is to heavy and filling, and you're supposed to drink it warm etc.. Clueless...

Sam adams light - Beck light - although I've been drinking some of my wife's MGD64 - as in 64 calories. It resembles beer - but sam's light is the best

+1 Guinness actually has less calories than Coors light. No Joke.

Guiness is the lightest beer i've ever had. Tastes like water to me.
Yueng. light is decent. Got some Shiner Bock Leight recently but wasn't thrilled with it. Presidente is a great light summer beer (though not technically 'light').

Guinness is by far the best choice (IMNSHO). However, to show that not all is Guinness in my world, I'll give you one of my favorite beer company slogans:
"Fizzy Yellow Beer is for Wussies" -Arrogant Bastard Ale
