Looks like a standard bruise to me. You're scaring me a little as I had one on my stomach a month or two back just like it but it went away. I assumed I banged into something.

Remember a few months back I was having pains in my lower stomach, went to the doc, well the pains are back, and this showed up

whoa! get to doc. i had shingles, didnt look like that. few years back i looked at my back in mirror by chance and saw something just like that, the size of a baseball mitt. i couldnt imagine what it was except maybe cancer. went to doctor and he asked me if i used a heating pad....i had been cooking myself for a year and didnt know it. not sure what you have though

Also looks like a spider bite. But you had abdominal pain in that area before? Could be coincidence but I'd def get it looked at, like right now.
