I get more B to B (business to business) type of calls and they always ask to speak to the owner, so I ask them to speak to their owner and when they refuse I ask where do they get the balls to ask for my owner when they aren't willing to put their's on the phone!

I ask the person on the other side to give me their phone number so I can call them later on in the evening to discuss whatever he wants to talk about then.
They always say that they don't give out personal numbers. Then I insist on them giving me their number. They say they never do that. Then I say that is smart thinking because it's really effing annoying to get calls from strangers who want to talk about stuff I don't effing care about!!! Then I hang up the phone.
