Just a bit
I feel the same way about the Cowboys though.

Good for you. I haven't been to an NHL game in years. Now maybe if 89911 would invite me to Pittsburgh... I might even be able to get us in our suite

Even though I don't make a habit of inviting faceless internet poster's into my families house, I may make an exception for you. Being you claim to be from Pittsburgh and such. I manage to make it to maybe one game a year and those are tickets thrown my way. The last game I went to, the tickets were $200/each. With food at the arena ($8 beers and $15 sandwiches) for two and parking, we are talking $450 for 3 hours of entertainment. I can work my sources for some if you are truly interested. How much warning do you need?

Hell the Bunny Ranch would be bout' $1,500 for 3 hours! (not that I'd know hehe). Let me see if I can get us tickets. Would be cool meeting you and going to a game. Heck not to many games left. I'll PM you when I find out this week.
I lived in Lower Burrel until the 4th grade. I work for the Pittsburgh based company that has the really cool building . That was just luck.

Well, the Hawks just finished washing all the blood off their jerseys after beating the Wings 7-1. Wings defense looked like minor league. I speed up the DVD recorder to 4x to finish the game after 5-0. The only good news was it wasn't the Bruins losing again (and they've had their share of defense meltdowns lately )

In other news, Iginla made the best choice but he sure did it with ZERO class. I know this is coming off as sour grapes but c'mon... He shouldn't have agreed to consider the B's (and agree to the trade that afternoon) then change his mind. He may be a great player but he acted like a clown with that deal. I really want to see his first game against the B's in Boston... OK, I got it out of my system. Time to move on.

I have to say the game was pretty boring. The guys I went with were Bruin fans so they were good with the 2-0 shut out. I felt for the Sabre fans around us with many of them booing and leaving early.

Chara - That guy is a monster! It almost looks like his hips clear the boards.

Who poked the Flyers with a sharp stick and woke them up?

Talk about a no name defense, 3/4ers of the defenseman are nobodies.

Talk abote, (my best Canadian accent ), making a splash in your debut. Jussi Jokinen scored the Pens only goal & then had the only goal in the shoot out in the Pens win over the Rangers. Of course another star has to get hurt. Neil takes a HARD elbow to the chops and doesn't return. No penalty hmmm... Hopefully he was just woozy and no concussion.
