I tried one of these once. Didn't listen to the shop owner who told me about the full stomach idea, got light-headed, nearly passed out. Definitely a nice flavor though if you know what to expect.

I smoke plenty of cigars (probably average 2-3/week in the summer) and usually have no trouble, but there are definitely some that have this effect on me... Camacho triple maduro and La Flor Dominicana Chisel come to mind. Best to have a hammock nearby
