Looks very good Dave!!
|
It's a crappy iPhone pic... :D
I just found the holy grail of the above image. Now I have to rescale it to my needs, get new transparencies and make a new screen. :D |
BOO!!! Okay who'd I scare?
|
Me
|
Dave, how does this silk screen stuff work?? It sounds kinda girly, if I may say so. :D

it's the silk part that makes it sound girly.
Sanding paper screen, 400 grit is much more macho. And I have no clue how the proces works either. For all I know, you need ground baby seals and stuff. And chew on rocks... All manly stuff. Nevermind, I'm not making any sense, I guess.... :D |
You forgot to lube the rocks with snail darter innerds first, sheesh. (I'm not sure of the process either)
|
Read up, G. :D Better than having to type all that..
Screen printing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Make things that hurt him? ----REDACTED---- |
much too read , but I was thinking of the right thing. I had the priciple right at least..
So you really are a John of all trades... :) |
The talent does amaze me
|
Thank you. I really appreciate that.
I have no doubt, any of you can do this or anything else. Sometimes the right tool really helps, but for everything else, it's just telling yourself you can do this. The mind is a wonderful thing. So is Google... :D ;) I do count myself as being fortunate enough to have been exposed to everything from city life to living off the grid, though. :D |
Good morning fellers.
It is FRIDAY! And the start of a three day weekend to boot! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1309524668.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1309524695.jpg This is just a strange picture. Don't you know she hates whoever posted this on line! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1309524768.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1309524780.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1309524794.jpg |
I'm thinking about taking up archery. :)
Hi Glen |
Howdy G-man.
Today at lunch I was reminded that some wait staff at restaurants have a great memory for customers. I went to a place that I eat at maybe once a month. The parking lot has a great spot for folks like me that don't like door dings. I always park in that spot. I guess I had never driven the 911 there before because two of the staff asked if I had sold my El Camino. I told them I was driving my other toy today. I can only guess they remember me because I look so much like George Clooney. ;) |
I hear Cloony has a white Elky too for when he's not driving the 911. :D
|
Yea, Bill Clinton had an El Camino as well!
The most interesting thing to me is the two employees were both 20 something women. Probably 1985 or 1986 vintage, like my cars. |
