G-man I scanned that slide at 4,000 DPI so it started out life in the digital world as a high res image. It is a 92 MB tif file. I saved the full res file as a jpeg and it is 22 MB. I have emailed you a link to our FTP site so you can download the high res jpeg file. I have not done any PhotoShop work on it so there may be a few black dust spots.

I think I still have my 9,600 baud modem in the closet somewhere. I will let you borrow it if you want to experience that "good ol days" Finding a dial up number to connect to is going to be a challenge however.

We just bought a computer rack.
We have several computers and two RAIDS that are rack mount. Now we will finally have a place to put them. The real pain is going to be shutting down a pile of computers and the entire network and stuffing it into a nice neat rack. I have never played with rack mount installations. Does everything really mount with just those little ears on the front of the unit?

It is FRIDAY. Tonight is going to be part toture but part fun for me. A friend of mine is having their 50th wedding anniversary. It is at the fancy country club. Free food and open bar is the good part. The torture part, I have to wear a %^$#@*&&%*(!!!!! coat & tie! AGHHHHHH
