Morning, gents!

You do look great, Dave!

Although, perhaps little Noah is a tad cuter.

Okay, Rick... I'm coming back to Scottsville at some point and we're going to visit the museum. There is some cool history there. I want to see Monticello too.

There is a lot of history here, 2 wars, commerce for the country during it's infancy, ect. That and have you ever been to a place that was designed to put your feet up like this one?

Howdy guys.

Sid, when it is time to go to sleep the most important thing you can do is shut down the thinking process. That sounds stupid but if you are thinking about a test or work your brain is active and it is much less likely to let you sleep.

As soon as I close my eyes to go to sleep I forget about the real world. Laying in bed thinking about a big project at work does me no good.

Go to the dream reality. The world of dreams needs no transition from one scene to the next. Money is simply never a problem. In your mind build the perfect race car. If you want to build the entire car from your own new material that is lighter and stronger than carbon fiber but stronger than high carbon steel do it. The right part is always just there ready to bolt together. If you decide that the part should be different just let it change. Don't get logical and take it off and replace it, just make it into the right part as if it was never wrong. Add in your super secret power source and go race in F1 with a car that never needs a pit stop and even if Michael Schumacher rear ends you or Lewis Hamilton side swipes you, your car is untouched and he crashes out. Or find the perfect mountain to climb.

I would suggest you stay away from the sexual dreams because that tends to wake up other parts of the body.

Build a perfect house and get down to the fine details of floor coverings, the toilet style and other little things. If you decide mid-build that something is all wrong just change it. The key is to make it happen in a dream like way where no action has to happen to make another one logical. If you are driving a red car and you decide it should be yellow just let it change with no explanation on how it changed.

That is the way real dreams go, just let your dream world flow from a talking dog to eating breakfast with Senna. Keep it all relaxing and fun. You brian will just fall asleap and continue it's own dream. It takes some practice but you have the rest of your life. I can fall asleap in no time. The key is to shut of the logical parts of your brain and let it out to play.

The Dream. Starring Bob Vila as Speed Racer...Go Speed Racer, Go Speed Racer, Goooo.

I once dreamed I was in a sea side town with brightly colored little houses with white trim and picket fences. I was running from the cops in a hot rod bright yellow VW beetle. I don't know why they were after me. I jumped out of the speeding beetles sun roof so the cops would follow the car and not me. I landed in a bar ditch and immediately woke up with a sprained ankle. I did not have a sprained ankle when I went to sleep.
