The tail of the dragon is over rated. It is fun but if you are driving from Utah that is one long assed drive. Arkansas has several roads better and way longer. We drove one road in Arkansas for over a hundred miles and did not see any other traffic.

The dragon is cool because of the nickname. If you want to drive it, do it on a weekday very early after sunrise. At any other time the traffic will be heavy.

just had a couple of hours shooting pool with my neighbor. good times. plus he doesn't seem to mind the punk rock leanings of my music selection. he always goes home with a CD of stuff he heard and liked.

there are some great roads out here for sporty driving. i did quite of few of them this summer on the SS. still, the dragon looks pretty sweet. the traffic is a definite negative.

If we get that drive organized you should come along... the OK group is a great bunch...

Oh glen. I made that my bkg for a while... Just have to ignore the old dude in the car. ;)

Yea, I actually did job for a customer today. It only took a couple of hours and I did not hurry. The phone is still not ringing. There is snow on the ground so we can't fly any new jobs around here. No one wants aerial photos with big patches of white and a few roads.

We are waiting to get our airplane out of the radio shop. We had to replace the transponder. The old transponder was 45 years old and came with the airplane. As soon as it is ready our pilot will be out of the state flying several entire counties. If the weather holds he might do 40 hours of flying per week.

i finally got the 951 in the garage. i found that the battery issue is a drain somewhere. its not the usual suspects, however: radio, fans, turbo water pump, or interior lights. i'll leave the battery disconnected for now, and try and find the problem. totally annoying.

Sounds like big money Glen. You guys fly out of Wiley Post or where?
