My poor man's Border Protocol was not working either.
|
When I was your age staying up the next day was not a problem. I could go on little to no sleep for a couple of weeks, then had to sleep a LOT the next 3 to 5 days to catch up.
|
Worked 2 part time jobs, mowed 40 lawns a week, and installed home theater stereo systems. The part time jobs both had flexible hours as long as I did my 36. My non-sleep and sleep time was the time I spent dating and hanging with friends. They often comment that I would just disappear for a few days every couple of weeks. Just told them I had to work.

Oh man...My brother just filled the toilet with sh#t. I mean filled. I am going to have to get a bucket and take some out before it will flush.

Dude......
Ok to change the subject.... Here is a vid that someone made from the car show... Guessing the tesla owner was one of his friends, and I hope he makes a longer vid.... <iframe src="http://player.vimeo.com/video/30654898?title=0&byline=0&portrait=0&a utoplay=1" width="398" height="224" frameborder="0" webkitAllowFullScreen allowFullScreen></iframe> |
WOW, what a beautiful day down in Rye.
Sun out, no wind and the lawn is cut. Summer is on the way. :) |
Mine was the logic board died on the primary server. What I don't understand is why the root DNS didn't forward to secondary. I am doing poor man's border protocol. That is two ISP connections with a name server on each connection. Each points to their own IP set for servers. My firewall router routes both sets of IPs to their respective servers in the DMZ. If my primary internet connection goes down root servers should send requests to secondary that is on the other ISP and point to those IPs for my servers.
In this case my primary DNS went down and roots did not forward requests to secondary DNS. My servers were still live so showed up until the TTLs ran out. I have them set to 3 minutes. Looked like the TTLs were 2 days and then still didn't try to resolve to secondary DNS. |
You guys should speak english....

Two days of work for me.

Sid, that autoplay vid is annoying. (not the vid, but the fact that it starts automatically...)
|
Morning, G!
I agree. Have to turn it off repeatedly. |
I know guys, sorry, not my doing...
The guy that made it drives a mustang, what do you expect? |
My primary DNS is now back up. It's not resolving my domain though. Grrr.
