Dad is still improving. For whatever reason they came in at 3:30 AM just to weigh him. How can his weight at 3:30 AM be so important that they need to wake him up just for that? It can't wait for a little while until there is a better reason to wake him up? Ah well, hospitals are not the place to sleep.

Glad to hear your dad is improving. The frequent weight is primarily to insure he doesn´t retain water as a consequence of the heart condition.

"G" glad to see your back. Now that you are I'm sleeping on the couch, seems the photos on the phone were a bit much for the wife. Yep in the dog house again.

They did the old catheter routine so they know what is going in and out.

The phone lines are down at the office. I used my cell phone to call the company that provides the phone lines. What a pain in the butt. Call the number wade through the menu then they want the PIN associated with the account. Crap. OK hang up did through the old bills and find the PIN, call back go through the menus, get put on hold for tech support. They finally answer and lo & behold they admit the problem is on them. So no phone for us for a while.

The important thing is the internet is up!

The same cable brings in phone & internet access, so it is not a line break. Someone flipped a switch somewhere and messed it up.

The IT department where I work sure wastes money. Wish more of their wasted cash was on my salary.

Some departments get that way. Have to look and see if they are setting up an empire.
