We get that all the time. A client will wait until the last minute to give us a GO and then jump up and down expecting us to fly it and map it instantly. If there is bad weather they are outta luck.

I always want to tell them "your total lack of planning does not not constitute an emergency on our part"

Took my management test... He told us to bring a pencil, a scantron, and a calculator...

Then on the second to the last page, draw a GANTT chart, it ends up being and 8x28 grid. A freaking ruler would have been nice. Hope he doesn't grade on pretty...
