I know, I feel an appropriate amount of guilt too, but I've been slacking on all fronts lately, running, gym, pelican... A lazy spell I guess...

It's been kinda busy here too so and Thursdays and Fridays I'm at the office, no posting there...


I'm trying to participate with the NY marathon next year, if I can get in... So running will pick up a bit....

Oh sure, visit the East Coast again...

I'm fiending for a freaky chick lately, dunno why, itch I need to scratch probably...
I even dig the chick with the leopard print in her hair... :D:D

If there's an LA marathon, I'll run that one too....
I still need to start training like hell.... I have one year to go from 15, 20 km runs to 42 km runs....
The most I've ever run thus far is 18 km.... Running a marathon now would put me in a wheelchair....
