Those guys are all nucking futs... I did one 50k trail run and that was about 45k more than I ever care to do again...

Found I can get the most done when on an awake/sleep cycle of 4 hours awake and 1 hour of sleep. About the time you are ready for a break, you take a nap.

Got a 6 pack of Sweetwater Festive Ale.....and it's almost gone....really good stuff....
Not looking forward to the drive tomorrow.....
I need a cigar, scotch and hooker...

I don't understand the distance runners... Just seems stupid to me.

Then again, I wouldn't mind doing a 100k bike ride... Soo.....

RKDinOKC 11-23-2011 08:57 PM

Endorphin addicts.

100 kilometer bike ride.... sheesh, even i've done a few of them. one of them was mostly at 10% grade, whatever that means. it was fkn steep. and i had a ton of gear strapped to the paniers. i am a lot smarter than that, now.

good night, guys.

In college we rode our 10 speed bikes from Stillwater to Oklahoma City to watch the Star Trek movie, then rode them back after the movie. It is 66 miles/107km. There was lots of beer consumed for fuel.

vas930 11-23-2011 09:05 PM

Night ,D.

RKDinOKC 11-23-2011 09:05 PM

good night, guys.

I need to figure out the percentages around here. There are some big frigging hills around my parents house. The worst of which they live at the top of. No matter which way I go out of here, the worst climb is the last half mile of ride....

I'd love to, but I need to get a road bike first. No way I'm fighting the resistance of the big nobbies on my 29'er for that far...

vas930 11-23-2011 09:27 PM

May go to the topless beach down the road on Saturday.
Not sure what to wear.

porsche4life 11-23-2011 09:28 PM

Well, I wouldn't wear a shirt....

vas930 11-23-2011 09:33 PM

Oh ,I was thinking of a long shirt.

porsche4life 11-23-2011 09:36 PM

On second thought... That might be a good idea...

Flieger 11-23-2011 09:43 PM

Or there is the Borat option...

porsche4life 11-23-2011 09:44 PM

Always....

Flieger 11-23-2011 09:44 PM

I will spare your eyes from that. You can google it yourselves.
