I haven't made my decision 100% re the redhead....the whole things is just really fuched up...the rational part of my brain say 'walk away......no, run'......the stupid part of my brain says 'she's hot, reasonably intelligent and you're curious.....have fun'

The bartender is good for a night or two, but she's essentially braindead which eliminates anymore than that.....

yep. if you look back on your past failed relationships with women, discounting the ones where you are the one that just completely f'ed up, i bet you will find that in each case there is at least one trait or factor inherent to the woman in question that led directly to the failure of said relationship. even the ones where you feel you f'ed it up, i bet you will find that there was something.

so, you make a list of these things and keep it in your wallet. that way, you can remind yourself AND you can add to it as you go.

THEN, if you meet a gal and she meets ANY criteria on the dump list, you walk away, with extreme prejudice. because there is ZERO reason to put forth the time, money, and energy for something that you know is already fatally flawed.

I would bet money she doesn't do any time.....all signs point towards this being the final hearing of a deferred judgment....she went to therapy, mommy and daddy are keeping tabs on her, she kept her nose clean and has one of the most expensive lawyers in the state....couple that with initial bail being set at 10k and it all adds up to them not locking her up......still leaves her really fuched up in the head and potentially dangerous....

and that is EXACTLY the kind of thinking that will get you into the messes that one should be avoiding. just sayin',

my gut is just telling me to walk away on this one.........actually, it's the same gut feeling I got the first time I met the last one....then she gradually won me over and we all know the rest of the story....
