Why is it that people upload changes to their web site that break it, then call me to get it fixed and totally deny doing ANYTHING until I eventually find and point out the change that caused the problem?

when i did tech work, this happened to me all the time. of course, i wasn't dealing with web pages, just their PC, but they would break it and act stupid. if they would just tell me what they were doing, it would take half the time to fix. i always wanted to charge them double.
