Hi guys. My SoCal vacation (house renovation project) is over, for now. Waiting to fly back to the east coast. Ack! I really want to stay!

Ugh, dusted off the mtn bike and attempted to go for a ride one long downhill and a short up and I was about ready to pass out. I gotta go see a doc.
