Surprisingly, not a smoke related malady.
He was grossly over weight and diabetic.....had some complications, lost a foot...

No, he was more worried about finding his trophy wife....she had a nasty habit of 'getting lost' and being found on top of random 20 year old guys...

She wasn't the best looking gal, but not bad looking.....I wouldn't have bragged about it, bit I would have gone there at least once.
