Not exactly what you would call fancy transportation...
Unless it was free, what's the point really? It's an ugly scooter.

Somehow I am figure the odds of the world continuing on into next year is very high. Harold Camping and all the other doomsday idiots are just nuts. I figure the Mayans just did not have room to make any more months on their calendar.

to quote my neighbor, talking about another neighbor who rides a honda 'elite' scooter, "can't he ride a real motorcycle? what a fkn douchebag." i hate the scooter rider, anyway, so i nearly fell on the ground, laughing.

nope, no snowboarding today. no new snow. BUT, i did finally remove the exhaust system from the 951. it was a PITA, but not quite as bad as i thought it would be. now, to get the new exhaust on....

i am going to ask in the 951 section, but a bunch of you guys have extensive experience, so here goes:

1. the new exhaust doesn't have a sealing ring at the exhaust to turbo downpipe interface/flange. what do i use to get a good seal there?

2. what do i use to seal the connection at the front half/back half flange? i am thinking a copper gasket, but i am open to suggestions....

All my experience is with the factory flanges.. Which I'm waiting for a new sealing ring between the cat and the muffler. I was chasing leaks on Saturday and dropped the old ring. Shattered like glass.
