Thanks, Dave.
It was odd not to see him for a few days.
He may go and live in the bush alone for three years. ;)

There is a new 2012 LE advertised locally for MRSP $19,000US but with deals, $14,000US. Not sure what it includes, other than automatic.

vas930 02-16-2012 12:07 AM

:D
You cant buy any car for $14000 in Australia.

slodave 02-16-2012 12:08 AM

Back at the office in Brussels... blech...

How's stuff over there Dave?
Breakfast crew doing allright.
More then the occasional driveby is all I can manage lately.. So I'm not up to speed .

slodave 02-16-2012 01:41 AM

I think for the most part, all is fine. :) Still warm by most of you, but I think we're starting to get Winter here.

Geronimo '74 02-16-2012 01:47 AM

We had two weeks of continuous freezing temperatures over here.
Summer can come now, I don't mind.

Any update on the Scottsville pics, Dave?? ;)

slodave 02-16-2012 01:51 AM

I still have to work on the shooting range pix. They are about 7 megs each.

Geronimo '74 02-16-2012 01:56 AM

Are you trying to make me look good on them? :D

slodave 02-16-2012 01:57 AM

They started at 20 megs. :D

Geronimo '74 02-16-2012 01:58 AM

I'm on the lookout for a new (to me ) car.

So far I have a few that I think worthy looking at. A VW GolF GTI, Audi TT, BMW Z4 or a Porsche Boxster.... I'm leaning towards the Boxster but in my budget, that would mean a ten year old car while the Audi or BMW would be only five years old...
Choices choices choices...

Evening Gents,

Well that work for the week, might go and work on the 911 tomorrow, sorting out the fuel flow now, just one step at a time, although it is more like two steps forward one step backwards, would rather it was first varrom varoom reverse varoom varoom!!!

And now since the windscreens front and back are in I can put the rest of the interior back in, didn't want to put too much of it back in case there was a storm or a problem with rodents at the farm, the car is only under a large carport and a car cover.

The poor paintwork will be in need of a very virorous buffing and wax when it gets back together, then it will be onto the rear steel SC flares. Professional job I think, don't think we could do that ourselves.

slodave 02-16-2012 02:14 AM

Might? I say do!

azzarule 02-16-2012 02:21 AM

Hi Dave, depends on the weather, today was a day of thunderstorms and hail, but if it is a nice day, yep I'm going out. The 911 is on the farm about 35klms away.

slodave 02-16-2012 02:23 AM

Drive fast and dodge the hail! :D
