svandamme 12-16-2009 03:02 AM

slodave 12-16-2009 03:06 AM

It's your thread, do something about it.

Morning. :)

Schumi 12-16-2009 03:19 AM

I've been getting up at around 4AM for no reason this week.

I have to machine race car parts all day today.

Tonight is wings and beer at the bar however.

Rick V 12-16-2009 09:23 AM

Why did I just have to dig this off of page 2?
Look guys this is the official breakfast club post whore thread.
Now get in here and whore it up. :)

porsche4life 12-16-2009 10:22 AM

Rick you are the pro at that aren't you?

the_webbster 12-16-2009 10:35 AM

aaaiiiiight boys.
in for a quick punch and I'm out for a night time cycle.
We are taking over the house on friday so there's lots to do to get ready to go up there friday morning. good thing is that's the start of my christmas holidays. just keep the phone on and fight fires but otherwise no more work work. just lots of renovation work.

svandamme 12-16-2009 10:37 AM

god damned new rear tires are crap.
car feels like the suspension is completely worn out now.

Went from worn Bridgestone Turanza runflats, to Continental Premium Contact SSR.
i hope they settle in a bit, because right now, i get seasick on a straight highway

obviously i will do my best to scrape that top layer off as fast as traction/torque permits.

GH85Carrera 12-16-2009 11:13 AM

Yea, sometimes the mold release stuff is horrible. The tires on my 911 took a week of driving and one autocross to get normal.

Schumi 12-16-2009 11:19 AM

this is why you buy R-comps, and get 'em shaved.

$$$

svandamme 12-16-2009 11:27 AM

i'm not buying nothing , this is a lease car, they buy the tires.
These Continentals better shape up, or i'm going complain to the lease company, and then to do some major effort to wear em out prematurely... So i can say "told you these were crap tires, now gimme back the Bridgestones the car came from the dealer with."

Rick V 12-16-2009 03:43 PM

When I put new rubber on Peggy last month I had to run them low for a few days till they became decent then I could pump them back up.

nynor 12-16-2009 06:10 PM

what's up? my night is just getting rolling. i work tomorrow night, so i will be staying up until at least 1AM and sleeping until at least noon.

anyone here watch californication?

Schumi 12-16-2009 09:10 PM

I watched season 1 and 2 of californication. I think I got to the end of season 2, where Hank's friend OD's.

Great friggin show.

nynor 12-16-2009 09:12 PM

dood! no spoilers please!

i am at episode 6 of season 1. great show.

Schumi 12-16-2009 09:16 PM

I honestly started watching it because I saw the 964 in the commercials. The car gets a lot of airtime in the show, which is cool.

nynor 12-16-2009 09:20 PM

its a cool little car, for sure.

hank's agent just had the master/slave conversation with his wife. priceless!

i started watching it because it has david duchovny in it.
