You're lucky?

Jim Richards 04-17-2012 03:13 AM

Nah. If my wife had a Porsche, then I'd be lucky. :)

Rick V 04-17-2012 03:13 AM

Means you have to get the wife into a better car. ( I detest VW's after working on too many of them)

Jim Richards 04-17-2012 03:15 AM

It's actually been tied for the best car out of all the cars she's ever owned.

Jim Richards 04-17-2012 03:16 AM

Rick, congrats on your spankin' of the Mayor and his stupid street light plans.

Jim Richards 04-17-2012 03:17 AM

Dave, are you ahead of Max in the "Stijn thread challenge?"

When I look for a job that is one stipulation to me going to work, nothing Vag. My last job we had an A6 that no one could figure out, I told them what was wrong with it and the shop owner insisted that I be the one to fix it. The argument ensued to our agreement, and 20 mins later Peggy backed into the shop and the tools were loaded up. I am not too good to do anything, but I have too much self respect for myself to ever soil my hands or tools with that product line. The engines are rock solid, I will give then that but the rest of the vehicle is sub par and along the lines of Communist block cars.

My money is on Dave. You can tell he has the scent and is on the hunt for accomplishment. :D

Rick V 04-17-2012 03:28 AM

Okay off to see how many people I can piss off today. I think I am going to try for a new personal best today.
Y'alll have fun

slodave 04-17-2012 03:28 AM

I'm feeling pretty confident that I will fulfill my part of the challenge. I would not consider myself "ahead". We are a week and barely a day into this challenge and we both can come out "winners".

Outback Porsche 04-17-2012 03:57 AM

Have fun Rick.

Looking good for the win so far Dave, but I hope it's a tie (come on Max, just take the plunge)

I'm off too. Sharyn requires some attention. See ya tomorrow.

I hope you both win the challenge. I'm a bit concerned that Max might have forgotten to engage his launch control when the challenge started. ;)

Jim Richards 04-17-2012 05:17 AM

Richard, you're killing me buddy. Now, I'm craving pork with green chili. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/suppo...ys/lickout.gif

Extravert - "Hi" (smile)
Introvert - "I...uh...er...oh forget it" (walks away)

RKDinOKC 04-17-2012 05:20 AM

That's what I do with Fresh Cilantro.

RKDinOKC 04-17-2012 05:21 AM

My Red Chili has no Cilantro

The Pork Green Chili thing works with Chicken also. Except I call it Skillet Chicken Enchilada.

Wait, you mean that big white thing in the kitchen with circular spots that will produce flames is used to cook? I thought it was the job of the microwave to warm up food made by someone else.

I know the lady that cleans our house dusts off our big white thing with the circular flames. Once a year we vacuum out the dust for the big white box mounted in the wall that has all the neat metal racks. I wanted to put some of my trophies in there and turn on the light. I figure it was a neat display case.
