Just remember to duct tape the cut off finger of a rubber glove (with the tip cut off) on the end of the tube that sticks out of the patient; to act as a one-way valve. When penetrating into the chest cavity, go over the top of the rib, not along the underside as that's where the neurovascular bundle lies. Aim up if going for air. Aim down if going for blood. Try not to skewer the lung parenchyma, itself.

Noah, TOTALLY!!!!

Nynor, disagree with you. Friends with a lot of guys. Don't have a SO and I am not interested in getting anywhere with my guy friends. Makes me want to vomit a little just thinking about it.

Max, it is irrelevant if the girl you are friends with likes you or not. You don't have feelings for her. Don't like someone just because they like you. That is a formula for disaster. Believe me, personal experience.

Joe, thanks for compliment but sorry to say that there hasn't been a SOB that makes ME happy. ;) I don't think I am that picky or expect too much. I just expect somebody to keep up with me. Apparently hard to find. It's all good. Max, sometimes being "alone" is gonna be the best times of your life too. Just don't let it pass by because you were stressing out trying to be with somebody. :)

I just don't want to hurt any feelings. It is hard for me to know what others are thinking.

Short of obvious facial expressions or hand expressions, you are not supposed to know what the other person is thinking. That would be mind reading and freaky.

I think I over did it with the cilantro tonight. Good stuff!

It's called coriander here.

What ya cooking Dave?

Ahh, beer :D

It started back in college. I started eating burritos again and we'd go to this place that made HUGE burritos. I'd get steak, pinto beans, sour cream, onions/cilantro, and cheese. It was simple for my simple tastes, but good.

I've liked it ever since, but never really had it with home cooked meals. When I planted my garden this year, I added cilantro alongside the parsley. My mom made some tacos the other night and I took home the left overs. I have been having onions and cilantro every night. :D

The last two nights I have made chili, tonight I think I added a little too much. :D I have some leftover for tomorrow too!

Jeff, coriander and cilantro are the same. We just use that Spanish word for it. Hmm. I wonder why?

Morning Y'all

Rick V 04-17-2012 01:55 AM

Well the meeting with town council went as it usually does. I show up armed with facts and people who support my side of a situation and am fast enough on my feet to answer their questions in a manner that shuts them down. I (we) won that battle again. No new light here!!!
The Mayor hates me...........
