What ya cooking Dave? Ahh, beer :D |
It started back in college. I started eating burritos again and we'd go to this place that made HUGE burritos. I'd get steak, pinto beans, sour cream, onions/cilantro, and cheese. It was simple for my simple tastes, but good.
I've liked it ever since, but never really had it with home cooked meals. When I planted my garden this year, I added cilantro alongside the parsley. My mom made some tacos the other night and I took home the left overs. I have been having onions and cilantro every night. :D The last two nights I have made chili, tonight I think I added a little too much. :D I have some leftover for tomorrow too! |
Jeff, coriander and cilantro are the same. We just use that Spanish word for it. Hmm. I wonder why?

Well the meeting with town council went as it usually does. I show up armed with facts and people who support my side of a situation and am fast enough on my feet to answer their questions in a manner that shuts them down. I (we) won that battle again. No new light here!!!
