Max! I have a wiminz for ya! She's seems to have a good personality and she's fit, very fit! In fact, she could crush you with her pinky.

Two more days and I trade in business attire and my office for work clothes and a tool belt for 8 days in SoCal. I can't wait.

Dave, that sounds dangerous.

slodave 04-25-2012 06:32 PM

Sorry. Just got out of a trauma case. Guy got his forearm caught in an engine lathe. Didn't break the skin, but it did break his ulna in 3 places and the radius in the mid-shaft. Got to put in two plates (with 13 screws) and a K-wire.

Plus, he woke up with no pain. Totally surprised on that last bit. I didn't think he'd do too well, based upon how he was when I met him yesterday (and that he declined an axillary block for post-op pain control).

Ouch just Ouch.

DDown at the cigar bar, been BSing with the La Flor Dominicana rep and scored some swag. A good night of relaxing after a long day of working like mad.

Note to self.....

Never lose battle with large spinny things.....

Porsche-poor 04-25-2012 07:25 PM

taking on a cactus again?

tweezers74 04-25-2012 07:26 PM

Yikes, Noah! I saw something like that when a guy got his arm caught in a belt... Baggage handler at the airport. Arm looked like it was crimped, like a ruffles potato chip, but no broken skin. Weird.

No pain? Weird. Must have passed out from all the pain?

porsche4life 04-25-2012 07:27 PM

Who was the cactus comment aimed at David?

Porsche-poor 04-25-2012 07:31 PM

Sid its been a long long day. I read that as spiny. My bad.

porsche4life 04-25-2012 07:34 PM

Ok.... I was like WTF is he talking about....

Porsche-poor 04-25-2012 07:36 PM

my eyes are crossed. I spent half the day looking at drawings to find mistakes the other half correcting them.

GH85Carrera 04-25-2012 07:37 PM

Spinny or spiny I prefer to keep my arm away. ;)

Porsche-poor 04-25-2012 07:46 PM
