ok i give up. yard work hates me. I found some stinging nettles the hard way. any one want to buy to slightly used arms after I cut them off?

But Dave , the stuff that's active and hurts, in nettles.,, is ant acid.. are you immune to ant acid?

I'm not totally immune, but I can grab it without it bothering me and if I brush against it, it stings for a few seconds and goes away. Same with bee stings.
