It's really not a difficult test. I just don't do well with math and under pressure, I do even worse. I just keep imagining that the test is going to have a ton of math related questions, even though there are really not that may in total out of the 800.
Pretty smart? Ha! My IQ is well above average, would have been higher, if not for the math. :D I just play the dumb blonde. ;) |
I almost pulled a Ronin tonight. I trying to make my exit from the freeway and had to pass a big rig convoy (3). I merged just fine in front of the lead truck from the #3 lane, then tried to get to the #1 lane. I looked, but didn't see anyone. Turn signal is on I look to my right again as I start to merge and I see a Prius in the #1. The Prius must have been hauling ass and I didn't see it because of the trucks. Hit the brakes, the Prius does the same. I have three big ass trucks behind me and I can't get over. Prius finally speeds up and I made the exit - barely. Autocross does pay off.

Hey! You couldn't open that beer either! :D
|
Well being someone who hasn't had one in almost 8 years I thing the beer opening braincells have atrophied.
That was pretty funny though. |
Have a good day, Rick. Time for me to try and find those much sought after Z'z.

Talked to my older brother and he replace 2 water heaters with one tankless water heater. He as 3-1/2 baths and 2 utility rooms. He often has guests, his upstairs is two guest suites each with their own full bath and a common laundry closet with a small washer and dryer. He didn't put in the tankless for economy, he put it in because sometimes all three showers and a washer is going and the two tanks would run out and go cold. Says the tankless is big and fast enough that they can run all three showers and both washing machines without anyone getting goose bumps.
I just don't need that much hot water at a time. |
Last summer I overhauled my water heater. New thermostats and elements. Just being Beth and myself we don't use that much water

went to militaria/gun show in French part of Belgium 200+ km drive
found my M6 bayonet, and a US GI m14 mag, a good one. Saw some flashing lights on the way back, pretty sure they nailed me good this time.. no doubt.. 150 on the clock, but Bim$hit 1 has a more accurate speedo, only 5km over vs 10 on BimForce-1.. Minus the correction, i think they'll book me somewhere around 139 to 142.. Then i come home, apparantly there's some kind of old car meet in my street.. Since i don't have an old car, i can't be arsed.. So i park my self in front of my house, and some yokel from the organisation comes, tells me off for parking there. I'm like.. Who's land is this? yours, i don't think so, i'm parking here. he goes off about how they have a permit and a police issued parking ban , so i can't park there. I repeat, dude, Who's land do you think this is? common, tell me. he goes, that has nothing to do with it. i'm like , it has EVERYTHING to do with it, cause this is MY land , police has nothing to say about what goes on in front of the door of MY house, i'm not parked on the public road, i'm parked exactly 30 centimeters over the plot line of MY land, now scram. |
So i guess it's a slow day huh?
Just built something in the garage window, a plank/shelf, right behind the window, so i can sort of use it as a greenhouse for my seedlings.. |
Howdy folks.
