Ant acid...trippy. The correct term is formic acid.

They make a cream for that itching stuff, cortisone is the active ingredient.

When I get stung by a wasp the sting site looks like a mosquito bite. However, my vision gets blurry for 4 or 5 days and have to use reading glasses to get around. Then it swings the other way and I have 20/20 vision for a month and can't see with my prescription glasses. It's happened to me 4 times. I changed eye doctors because the one I was going to said it couldn't happen.

Why would you want to put a sticker on the window of your car? You get a sponsor for your jag?

Its crooked.....

I got caught in a hail storm in the corolla last night... Looks like I'll be learning to PDR this winter. I'll turn it in to insurance, and then this winter when my dads friend that does PDR is slow, I'll have him show me how its done...

My dads friend just picked up the tools on CL and started pushing dents on auction cars until he was comfortable with customer cars. He says now he won't do overalls after hail storms. He wants the big difficult dents on the new Caddy. He can easily make a grand a day doing it.

I wouldn't want to do it for a living, but knowing how to do it would come in handy.

definitely a cool skill to have. a few years back, we had some major hail come through and wipe out entire dealerships worth of new cars. he was busy for 4 months straight, 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.

insurance would normall pay per body panel, instead of per dent like most people pay. even then, he was raking in cash.

No doubt. He did a car for a friend of mine. Took him a little over two days to repair 2k worth of hail damage. When he was done you couldn't tell that this dark green car had ever seen hail.

I spent my day watching friends fall apart
One of Beths family members end under arrest for trumped up crap due to a psycho ex wife
defending him on FB turned out to be a dog pile on me while the friend thing spilled over there.
Bring on the porn because the rest of the internet sucks

I got a solo endorsement to Camarillo airport today. Now I can fly the pattern at Van Nuys, fly to Camarillo, fly around a bit from VNY to CMA, fly the pattern there.

Now, time to hit the books and then some more practice tests for the rest of the evening.

Just ordered some shoes.... Went to like 5 different stores yesterday and couldn't find anything. Seems mens dress shoes keep getting more square and pointy... Between that, and not being able to find the ones I liked in my size, it was a bust. But I have a VIP Zappos account, so free next day shipping, found some Johnston and Murphys I liked.
