Morning,
Had a sit down with the mechanic yesterday to talk money.... Man I'm in so deep.... A decent 3.4 rebuild, with all the fun mods to go with it (not just the P/C's) will cost me an arm and a leg.... AAAAAarrrgh, decisions decisions.... A simple 3.4 or a HOT 3.2.... Seems like the only/best way to stay within budget is ditching the 3.4 and re-use my old P/C'S..... I NEED a 3.4... why do I suck at working within budget??? Why do I decide what I want and THEN look at the cost of it??? sorry bout the bird Dave. that must suck even more.

told you so. Might as well take up Heroine , it will be cheaper to deal with...
my engine budget estimate, is around 16 K right now, including mfi.. and exhaust.. and i am shoe stringing it.... Then i still have to find a chassis and tranny to go with that engine... every part of your current engine , you are not reusing... get's you closer to the kind of budget i am facing.. did you get that p201 modified?

Thank you all.
I'm lost at the moment. Now is one of the times I really wish I had a T.V. Time is going by soooo slow. Skyler made a tremendous impact on me. I used to hunt birds as a teen, although I had a parakeet back then too. In my adult life, watching and interacting with Skyler (and Joey), has been incredible. So damn smart they are.

I had a parakeet when I was young, 20 years ago.
His name was Albert, they are indeed great creatures.

my P201 is ready. The guy that did the welding misunderstood me a bit because he welded the extra pieces as far as the edge of the brace where I asked to put them a little over the edge but I'm sure this will do for now. Pics:
