Mrs. Carrera decided I should have yet another shower! Next thing ya know she will expect me shower every day. Tomorrow will be a big adventure for me I get to leave the property for the 1st time in a week. She is taking me to see my hip surgeon and he will remove the staples and stitches.

One of the nurses came up to me today and out of the blue (to me) asked me, "Bier?" Or course I thought she said "beer" and said, "Um, sure. I'd love a beer." We often eat/order lunch for each other, so I thought she was talking about food. Then it dawned on me; she was asking me if I wanted the next patient to get a form of regional anesthesia called a Bier Block because then she'd put in an IV.
