Dave, ol buddy ol pal ol friend, would you be so kind as to send some warm weather this way? if ya got some to spare?

slodave 02-02-2010 01:34 AM

Hmmmm. I was eating a frozen yogurt at 7.00 this evening... :p

Rick V 02-02-2010 01:38 AM

I'll take that as a no.

slodave 02-02-2010 01:42 AM

I would.... I'm sure the weather is better here.... It's supposed to rain today though...

Rick V 02-02-2010 01:45 AM

uh huh we are expecting rain too, in the form of white flaky rain drops, and again on friday. I honestly hope this is my last winter here.

slodave 02-02-2010 01:57 AM

I'm a little jealous... I wish I had the ability to easily mess around in the snow right now... I could use the distraction...

The big 50 year snow storm.... Late 80's.

The altitude is probably about 900ft. MSL.

Morning Bill.

Indeed it is. For precisely 5 hours and 53 more minutes. :)

Rick V 02-02-2010 03:45 AM

Okay Dave, I have a spare bedroom, and a ski resort less than an hour away. the 2ft+ snowfall from a few weeks ago is still around, we got a foot last weekend, 3 more inches tonight, and the prediction of another foot this weekend, come on over, lets see how distracted we can make ya. :)

Rick V 02-02-2010 04:20 AM

Morning D

GH85Carrera 02-02-2010 05:43 AM

Mornin guys.

It stayed above freezing last night so the main roads were just wet.

One danger is the falling ice from the power lines. The biggest danger is the flying sheets of ice flying off of cars and trucks.

Probably less embarrassing too, cause you know Rick is going to try and fob off his wife to you... easy enough to dodge those attempts on a forum, but face to face... not so much.
