Have a look at HP Z820's. You can customise them. I use a Z600 at work, it screams along.

HP Z820 Workstation - HP Z820 Workstations

We have used computers from Dell, and Hp and all of the tend to customize the hardware, and worst of all add garbage software. We sometimes fire it up and format the disk and start from a clean install. All of our laptops are done that way.

First thing we do is blow away the OS and all the crap that comes with it ;)

I was referring to the hardware customisation that you can spec. That workstations specs, or something similar, will probably give you what you want for the money you want to spend.

There's a full frontal in that if I remember right....

GH85Carrera 01-03-2013 08:12 PM

Life of Brian is a movie I have not seen in years. I do remember it is pretty funny.

porsche4life 01-03-2013 08:48 PM

An interesting story in the paper today about a wreck near or house, which we knew about, and about our neighbors car beig stolen which we didn't know about....

The red dot is the crash site, from where the driver then went barefoot, in the cold and snow, to the green dot where he stole a set of wheels.... The orange box is where my parents place is. So.... I suppose it's a good thing we don't make a habit of leaving keys in vehicles!

Morning Y'all

GH85Carrera 01-04-2013 05:43 AM

Morning Rick & the rest of ya'll.

Sid I never ever leave the key in my car. My 911 is in the garage locked. The only keys for it are either the one in my pocket or in the safe. The El Camino is the same way. Of course it is here at work in the parking lot. I do have a spare set of keys in my briefcase. On the rare occasion I take the Elky to get serviced for something I can't do I have a set of keys that I can give them. No one gets my keys I carry all the time.

Morning all. One week into the new year and already a mess. Ear infection and a kink in my neck from sleeping wrong. I give up.

Porsche-poor 01-04-2013 07:01 AM

I guess so....

GH85Carrera 01-04-2013 07:14 AM

I was sick once, I did not like it. I refuse to do it again. It is against my religion.
