|
I like the cut of your jib, Mister.
|
I love hump day.
I'm picking up seats for Cherie today! :) |
Actually I think today's lunch should be Baby seal, smothered in snail darter, with a side of spotted owl. Nummy, just like mommy used to make

She only had one seat when I got it and the bottom cushion was destroyed so I still have it but, don't plan on doing anything with it. Just picking up 2 more seats in good condition today and sending them to the upholstery shop later this week.
Conversion kit is being ordered in the next week or two so speak now or forever hold your peace. |
I will have to check my schedule, but the car is yours and you do as you see fit. I will mention that doing a conversion is simply swapping out one set of issues for a separate set of issues. Getting the engine out of a 944 is not as simple as it looks unless you are planning to remove it in sections.

Perhaps you could talk some sense into the old man...

Hahahaha!
|
Too funny Jeff.
Janet there are some thing to consider when doing that swap, like the fuel system. Are you going to run a carb? if so you can not use the fuel pump from the 44, the pressure is too much and it will be constantly running in bypass. Are you going to use the 44 clutch and torque tube with the rear transaxle? Lots of issues to settle out. Okay Y'all I need to go do that dirty word thing, Ya'll have fun and don't name it after me |
We'll talk about it. Absolutely going fuel injected though. Off to the bad place.
|
Have fun Rick.
I'm off too. Time for snoring - Hooroo. |
