one more thing: i think this problem can even be the ignition switch itself... especially if the fuel pump comes on when jumpered and there is no spark.
Yup.

all the more fun to mess with the mind.

Ask Connor about the ZZ Top amps he might have some insight as to what we were looking at while there. All I saw was a lot of heavy $^%#!

Currently out of stock, but I put these in my '84 944. I think the stock sensor is triple digits vs $35 for these.

Its my hope that the plastic cover on these won't bond like the stock metal ones did when it comes time to remove them years in the future.

Reference sensor broke off in the bracket as I was trying to change it. All the plastic under the hood just crumbled. That's about when I said f$&k it!

When I wear a tux or a nice suit, women that normally would ignore me act like I am some sort of cross between a male model, rock star, and business tycoon. I enjoy it. I am ok with superficial since I am happily married and will never go past being flattered.

My '83 has the Beamer ones in it (535i I think). Half price, although the tails a a tad long.

Ahhhhhhhhhh Back in my old raged out slippers, some threadbare sweats and all is well in Rick's fashion world again

I own one 3 piece suit. The suit I was wearing when I got married. I don't think I have worn it twice since then. I have no intention of doing anything but let it hang in the closet. The closet is huge and has lots of space.

I do still wear the shoes that I bought for the wedding for dress up time. They are just now getting broken in.

OK, no pics necessary then.

To tell you the truth the suit I wore today is from back in the day when I was about 50lbs heavier and in much better shape. It has been a long tie since I have even entertained dressing up.
I am like Glen in the opinion that dressing up is jeans that are clean and have no holes in them.
I do like my boots though. :)

pete3799 02-07-2013 02:04 PM

They make jeans without holes?

yep, exactly. i tried and tried to talk my friend into doing this when we broke them both doing a clutch R&R (they were already crumbling, we did try to save them). he insisted that he get the 'proper' part.

They are hard to find. All the jeans at the mall are pre-worn-out. Trying to find jeans that are not all faded and beat up is almost impossible. I can wear them out fast enough on my own.

nynor 02-07-2013 02:38 PM

i get the levi's 560s or kirkland brand if i can't find some that fit me at the thrift store.

Jferr006 02-07-2013 02:50 PM

I buy hubs jeans, he sounds exactly like you guys, it's creepy.

Rick V 02-07-2013 02:51 PM

Jferr006 02-07-2013 02:57 PM

Rick V 02-07-2013 02:58 PM
