Yep, 6AM is the preferred time for audio revenge.

Oh and I am back at home... I have the music so loud I am about to have to turn it down... Man these speakers have a good sound when cranked WAY up...

Yeah I figured I would give them a couple of hours to get good and hung over.

Get a helmet, protect whatever's left in there...

just back from Theo... he's keeping strong, he's obviously sad and lonely, misses his wife..
But he's not letting himself slide away in a puddle of pain... he hasn't lost the will to live so to speak...

I always enjoy visiting him, reminds me so much of my late granddad... and he tells good stories from when they were kid, stuff hardly any of my uncles even know...

And it's a good way to destress after work...

On normal days, i get home, rush to get my food ready... and i go to sleep with my work on my mind...

Not so when i visit Theo...I feel comfortable , like i was at my grandpa's place...
work is gone from my mind...and i slow down from the fast work pace....

I just can't help but think, that the older generation had a nicer way of dealing with life.
And each generation since, seems a bit more watered down in terms of "class"... exceptions to the rule exist, i'm talking the averages...

Weather is great here today.... I think I am going to try to get a motorcycle running... :D

Luxury! I used to live across the street from a crack house.

RKDinOKC 02-17-2010 12:53 PM

Lookin ta buy a range rover classic. Looking at two of them.

One is a one owner that has been well maintained, but needs $1000 ABS pump for brakes to work and the rear corner needs about $1000 body work. Asking $2500 but owner says make offer. Would cost me $600 to ship to me.

The other has power steering leak, oil pan leak, rust on hatch and exhaust smells funny, asking $3200 firm. Is local.

porsche4life 02-17-2010 01:14 PM

I'd go look at the one in Tulsa cash in hand... Wonder what the funny smell is...

Rick V 02-17-2010 01:36 PM

Sid, do you know who the prince of darkness is?

svandamme 02-17-2010 01:42 PM

lol

RKDinOKC 02-17-2010 02:03 PM

Well...I just bought the Rover in NC for $800. Afraid of all the leaking on the local one even though the common assumption for Range Rovers is "If it ain't leaking, it's out of fluid."

Rick V 02-17-2010 02:07 PM

and do YOU know who the prince of darkness is? hehehehe
